If you are less than 100% satisfied with JuiceVPN service, we will gladly refund your payment as long as the refund of your plan is requested within 30 days from the date of the purchase.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We strive to address any problem you may run into with our service. With live chat support, you can always get in touch with a team member when you need a helping hand. But if our service doesn’t meet your expectations, your purchase is still protected for up to 30 days, risk-free. If you choose to discontinue your plan privacy service through the client area in your billing account, the refund is returned automatically within ten business days. Discontinuing a monthly plan in your billing account will not initiate a refund process, and requires additional outreach to Customer Support.
